Chloe's Story
Chloe is a nationally certified, licensed massage therapist who passionately believes in the transformative power of bodywork. Her calling to this work began in childhood, but her journey took a pivotal turn in 2009 when she experienced craniosacral therapy for the first time under the guidance of Dr. Ryan Hallford, a master practitioner and instructor. Not long after this introduction, she faced a serious illness that required more than a year of treatment and recovery, during which she continued her sessions with Dr. Hallford. Experiencing craniosacral therapy both in sickness and in health deepened her understanding of energetic bodywork and its potential to restore balance, fueling her passion for the field.
Chloe’s formal education began under Dr. Hallford at the Craniosacral Resource Center in North Texas. In 2012, she was referred to the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Phoenix, AZ, where she discovered a love for anatomy and kinesiology. During her training, she studied cranial unwinding and polarity therapy under Gary Strauss and Dina Fraboni, and energetic craniosacral biodynamics under Michael Shea—renowned experts in the field of energetic bodywork. She also underwent the Rolf 10 series with Rusty Crum in Scottsdale, AZ, deepening her understanding of structural and mechanical bodywork to complement her energetic approach. Chloe earned her bachelor's degree in professional massage therapy in 2013, ready to pursue her calling.
While Chloe values the precision of medical massage from her time working alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, craniosacral therapy forms the foundation of her practice and philosophy:
Respect for and faith in the body's self-healing design
Her approach combines skillful listening to the client’s nervous system with a customized therapeutic touch, making her myofascial work effective for both deep-tissue enthusiasts and those managing conditions like fibromyalgia. She is experienced in addressing concerns such as TMJD (including intraoral work, if indicated), post-operative recovery and stroke rehabilitation. To complement in-session work, Chloe incorporates her yoga teacher training by equipping clients with personalized stretching and exercise recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
She has made it her mission to help clients overcome alexithymia—numbness or difficulty in recognizing and describing physical sensations—through breathwork and awareness cues that foster a conscious and compassionate relationship between mind and body. She creates a safe, nurturing space where clients can release psychosomatic tension tied to past experiences, allowing their minds and bodies to unite in the safety and stillness of the present moment.
Chloe is passionate about both mechanical and energetic modalities, including myofascial release therapy, hot stones, percussion therapy, full-body unwinding, craniosacral therapy, reflexology and polarity therapy. Her clients blend modalities for a highly personalized experience, often leaving the treatment table feeling as grounded and substantial as they do light and spacious.
Bodywork is not just Chloe’s career—it is her honor and joy. Whether you are seeking relaxation, support for recovery, or relief from chronic conditions, she is committed to partnering with you on your therapeutic journey by following your nervous system’s lead.
